My left calf muscle was stiff the moment i woke up yesterday morning....i've gotten this before but i've never had to go through that the whole day...usually it wears off after a couple of minutes...perhaps its because of futsal the day before...ahh..screw it..im back to full fitness and ready to play..
Was watching the UEFA Champions League Magazine Show on ESPN awhile ago...and i saw the Ajax Academy Students were practicing with Tennis Balls.....I PRACTICE WITH TENNIS BALLS....and it does work...my ball control while dribbling is pretty stable.....with a real football ofcourse...
Last night,Jay(eldest bro),Jvan(second bro) and I was watching Dexter season 1 (TV Series)...Jvan had it in his laptop.....its 1 hour each episode.....we saw bout 5 episodes i think....both of them had work the next day....so we stopped at 2am....yeap...very hardworking brothers...lol....they don't really have much to do at work actually.....ANYWAY...
Dexter is about this Blood Splatter Analyst(forensics) in the Miami P.D....he solves murders but he also is a murderer....well he only hunts those that have done bad things....he was adopted by a respected police officer....the father notices that he has urges to kill...so he decides to teach Dexter how to channel it....use it for good...he teaches him how to cover his tracks and stuff like that..he has a sister who is also a cop...my drink is waiting for me downstairs....
mains storyline for season 1 is...there is a killer that chops up bodies and drains blood from them....he finds out what dexter is doing..and decides to play with him...

Sgt.Stokes(hates Dexter,says f*ck in every sentence),
Det.Angel(the mexican cop),

Julia (the Girlfriend),
Morgan (the father,dead but he is always in flashbacks)
thats pretty much it...im just too lazy to type anymore.
